Meet our Executive Chef - Stanislaw Bobowski

Stanislaw Bobowski is a talented Chef who has developed his 20-year professional career working all over the world. In recent years, he has gained experience in Saudi Arabia, at the Marriott Diplomatic Quarter Ryjadh, and in St. Petersburg, Russia, where he served as Executive Chef.

He says about himself that he loves traveling, which is perfectly visible in the dishes he prepares. You can feel the unique flavors in them, which make each dish surprising with its original aroma.
In Italian cuisine the most important thing for him are ingredients, therefore he cares about their highest quality, which, combined with craftsmanship and culinary imagination, makes the menu delight with its authenticity and unobtrusive finesse.
